I have a painful bump that keeps coming back in the same spot. It hurts real bad when i touch it. What is it?

you need to go too the Doctor you may have cancer please go see a doctor.

That's a hair bump. The hair has grown inside your skin instead of outside. You cant buss it because it is a hair bump. And if it hurts to bad go get it cut off.

have it checked out, it could be staph infections caused from a clogged pore. use warm wash cloth for pain relief. A doctor can give you antibiotics if it is staph or can lance it open if needed.

Really have no idea, but you ought to have a dermatologist check it out. Could be a kind of cyst that's been infected and if you pick at it or mess with it, you could or have made it worse.
