so long as it has had his rabies rab and that has come back ok usually takes three months then you have to have a visit to the vet 48hrs before travel to ensure pet is fit to travel then you get a pet passport u need to inform ferry company u have a pet and you will be required to have all its paperwork checked.Ring your local vet they will advise you also vaccinations have to be up to date and worming

I doubt it. Most countries do require quarantine. Even Hawaii requires it so I would assume anywhere outside the contigious US would also.
