I take it his is a school exercise and you're supposed to put the verb in the correct form and then translate?

1 It's 7h30 and I'm watching tv - Il est 7h30et je regarde la télé.
2 The weather is bad - Il fait mauvais.
3 The car was going quickly when it crashed into the tree - La voiture roulait à toute vitesse quand elle a heurté l'arbre.

It is 7h30 and i am watching the television. The weather was horrible. The car was going very fast when it crashed into a tree.

However you need to correct some grammatical errors in your french like the verbs and all. Example you should have said " Il est 7.30 et je regarde la tele..."

The words are correct but you haven't conjugated the verbs! As a result, what it actually says is:

It to be 7:30 and I to watch the television.
It to do/make bad
The car to go at full speed when it to crash into the tree.

You meant:
Il est 7h30 et je regarde la télévision. (present tense) or
Il était 7h30 et je regardais la télévision.(past tense)

Il fait mauvais (present tense) or
il faisait mauvais. (past tense)

La voiture roulait à toute vitesse quand elle a heurté l'arbre. (past tense)

Il etre is not right . It would be il est. It would not be Il faire mauvais. It would be Il fait mauvais. It would not be Je regarder la television, it would be je regarde la television. As for the last sentence ... oh please. If your French teacher gave you these sentences he need sacking immediately.
