You can add just about anything to an omelette. The stuff you have on hand (maybe except the corn) wouild make a great one. Scramble the egg with a very small amount of water (this keeps the egg creamy when cooked - and I do mean very little water). You have the option of precooking the ham and onion - that is strictly your choice. It is best to use a nonstick pan - sprayed with quick release - Pan et a.. Although a nonstick is supposed to keep things from sticking - duh- the spray makes it even easier. When the pan is hot add egg, let it coat the bottom of the pan and start to harden, push or shake the egg around the pan to lift some and allow the uncooked egg to contact the pan, keep doing this until the egg is almost cooked completely, add the ham, onion and cheese. Let cook a little more until the cheese starts to melt. Loosen the egg if it sticks to to pan and slide the partially formed omelete out of the pan as you slide it onto a plate go half way and then tilt the pan so that the balance of the egg goes over the top of what is on the plate forming the finished omelette. The residual heat from the now formed omelette with finish the cooking proicess. Enjoy!!

Nope...that sounds like a great omelette beginning. What I would do is to quickly saute the ham (cubed), onions (chopped) and corn with some butter or olive oil over medium high heat. Just to soften the onions. Then remove them to a bowl. Reduce the heat to low. You probably don't need 4 eggs if it's only for one. I'd use two. Break them into a bowl, and beat them with a little milk and salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pan. As the egg cooks, lightly move it from the sides of the pan with a wooden (or other cooking spoon), and at the same time tipping the pan towards the space you've created by move the egg. The uncooked eggs will run into the space and cook. Do this all around the pan until no more egg is left to run into the spaces you create on the sides. Add your cheese and the ham, onion, and corn mixture on the top of the unfolded egg. Using a spatula, gently lift one side of the egg, and fold it over the top of the cheese and ham mixture, so that it forms roughly a half moon shape. Let it cook over the low heat for a minute or two to melt the cheese and reheat the ham mixture. Then remove it to a plate and enjoy! I like a little dijon or deli mustard on the side for dipping, but that's your choice.

Fry off the ham in a frypan with some oil or butter (whatever you prefer) for a couple of minutes, add the spring onions and sweetcorn and fry them for a minute. Just use two of the eggs and whisk them up with a little bit milk. Pour this mixture in over the top of the other ingredients. Leave on a low heat until it is cooked and no longer runny. Put a handful of a grated chesse on top of the omelette and put under a grill under melted! All done!
This way you dont have to flip it either - quite often when I try to flip one, it ends up more like scrambled eggs than an omlette!

ok its nice and simple, firstly heat up your pan with a little butter and some veg oil to stop the butter burning. meanwhile in a bowl whisk 3 eggs until completely mixed (if you have a small amount of cream add to the eggs and whisk, it will give a better end result, thinly slice your ham and spring onions and the sweetcorn and mix again, empty all the contents into the hot pan constantly mixing with a fork, when the eggs start to solidify stop mixing and turn down the heat. add the Cheese and continue to cook for about 3 or 4 minutes, for best results place under a hot grill for 1 or 2 minutes turn out on to a plate, season and enjoy.
hope this works for ur

Nope. 4 eggs will make a hefty omelet, so you decide. You can do this 2 ways, you decide. But first put your eggs in a bowl and whip them up with a fork, add a little salt and pepper and just a dribble of milk if you have it. You can warm up the ham, onions, and corn first in a little oil if you want to. Put a little oil or butter in a small frying pan and heat it up over medium heat, add the eggs, begin lifting the sides of the eggs with a spatula so some egg goes under, and kind of lift and swirl and pan. When the egg looks set up, flip the egg, set off burner, add cheese and other ingredients on one half of egg. Lift other half over. Flip again and serve. Of course you'd have to chop up the ham green onion and shred the cheese. You can save a little cheese, and put it on the top of the omelet when it's done. You can make omelets out of just about anything, but you have a great combination here.

2 eggs, whisked lightly to break up albumen, not too frothy. Seasoning, herbs to taste. Chop up filling ingredients - not too much, must only be sufficient to be enclosed by eggs. I suggest ham or cheese. Corn would be nice heated with chopped spring onion and served on the side. Heat heavy, small non stick frypan, preferably not too deep, until really hot. Add knob of butter and quickly swirl around base of pan. Pour in beaten eggs, all at once. Tilt pan slightly whilst on the heat and at same time lift setting edges of eggs and let liquid eggs dribble underneath. Repeat until nearly but not completely set. Take off heat. Add filling and fold over. Slide onto warm plate. Enjoy.

Break the eggs into a dish and beat well, dice the ham & onions and add to the dish along with the sweetcorn. Mix well and add salt & pepper,(black&white). Heat a pan on the hob and add a knob of butter. When sizzling add the mix and allow to cook until solidified. 6/8mns. Whist it is cooking, turn on the grill. Place the pan under the hot grill and observe until the omelette is a golden brown on top. Remove and turn on to a plate without breaking up.

four eggs is a lot for one person. I use two.
Heat small fry pan andput some butter in. Put eggs in bowl. Beat with a table spoon of water. add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Pour into hot pan (if you use all 4 eggs, use a 10 inch pan). swirl around to coat bottom. Medium heat. When the eggs start to cook, but still very runny on top, sprinke iwth grated cheese, chopped ham, corn, and chopped onion. Vary amoung on your tastes. Continue to cook until almost not runny. Then use a turner to gently run under sides of omlet. Fold one side over other cook another minute and slid onto your plate. Enjoy.

Break the eggs into a jug and whisk.
Add a little milk.
Chop the ham and spring onions.
Mix them and the sweetcorn into the milk.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
Add mixture to pan.
Cook on a medium heat, don't stir it, or you will have scrambled eggs, you may want to go around the edge with a spatula to ensure they don't stick.
grate cheese and sprinkle over top.
You can stick the whole pan under the grill for a few mins oince cooked if you want, but be careful if the pan has a plastic/ wood handle
