Yes, it would be noticeable if you lost 10-15lbs, but I think that you already knew that. You have a body mass index of 16.8, which is way to low (a normal person would not go below 18.5)
You should lose zero pounds and actually put on some weight. I think that your real issue here is that you have a distorted body image, otherwise a person as thin as yourself would not ask such a silly question. I also think that you are asking this question because you like the attention that the it brings you. I know that love hearing someone tell me that I am skinny.
Please look in to getting yourself some help.

Honey, don't worry about losing 10 or 15 pounds if you are 101 pounds and 5'5". I am only 5'3" and I weigh about 120 lbs. I look and feel great! I get complements all the time... I bet you look great too. If you lose that much weight, it can cause eating disorders such as anorexia or many others! If you seem self-concious about your weight still, try doing just a few sit-ups a day (no more than 10 starting out) and those will give you ab muscles
and your weight can remain the same while staying fit. Please try and go with the first thing I said, about not worrying too much about it... I am sure you look great! Good Luck!

You would notice it. People that havent seen you in a few months as well. The important thing, however, if you lose 10 pounds it may fmake you feel better. But if you are 101 pounds, depending on how old you are, i think you may actually need to gain a little weight.

I am 5' 5.75". I just had the stomach flu for 5 days and couldn't eat or keep anything down for that 5 days. I did weigh 112 to 110 and wore a size 3 snug. While I had the flu I lost so much weight, I was horrified when I stepped on the scale yesterday to discover I weighed only 103 lbs! I look like a crack head (well not really) but my size 3's are 2 inches baggy!!!!. I am way, way too thin right now and it doesn't look good. You do not need to loose any weight at all if you are at 101 and five foot five. If anything you should gain about 10 pounds and be a healthy slender person, not a skinny and bony person. Reconsider your dieting!
I must also mention, compromising your health if and your heart are a major concern here, you need nutrients, I eat like a horse, so I know I am healthy (aside from just having that horrible flu). If you diet and don't nourish yourself, over time you could die of heart failure. Watch the movie about Karen Carpenter.

You are not well honey. You are 24 pounds under weight currently. If you lose 10-15 pounds you could die or be severely malnourished increasing your risk for cardiac complications or osteoporosis. You would not be attractive if you lost 10-15 and would look like you were from a nazi concentration camp. Your idea body weight is 125! 101 is severely underweight for your height. Maybe you should make an appointment to see a psychologist, psychiatrist, and or registered dietitian.

None, you should actually gain about 10-20.... Don't lose too much weight as your health will be greatly compromised. Also, if you are too underweight you body can indeed lose it's ability to have children... If at 101 pounds you truly think you need to lose weight, you should see a doctor because something is wrong.... Really, see a doctor before your health gets bad

Well, ordinarily approximately 10 pound of frame weight is truthfully water weight, so it should not be too tough. After that, regardless that it will have to be just a little extra elaborate. For illustration: I'm five'three'' and I weigh a hundred and twenty kilos. That way, if you are taking off the water weight, I truthfully handiest weigh one hundred ten kilos. 10-15 might be this type of moderate change that handiest men and women who recognize you quite good, corresponding to father and mother, first-rate peers, and boy/girlfrieds might be ready to peer anything noticable.

10 -15 pounds would probably be life threatening. You probably don't need to focus on losing weight. IF you really feel you must, lose 1-2, TOPS.

It is better to start doing Pilates 3 x a week, so you would get a really nice, toned, slender body, but whatever you do DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT. Just stay that heavy (pun intended) and do Pilates and/ or yoga.
If you would lose weight, it would just be muscle and not fat. Eat plenty of nutritious foods, fresh raw fruits and vegetables and other nourishing foods and eat PLENTY of calories.

You should actually gain some weight. You need to measure your healthy body weight using a BMI Index if you use this it will tell you that you should be 115-120 lbs at the very least. You are too thin...anorexic. Go to this website http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ to fill in your weight and height to see if you are healthy for your weight.
