King James Version
Acts 3:25 - Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

Acts 3:26 - Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

New King James Version
Acts 3:25 - You are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, 'And in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.

Acts 3:26 - To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning every one of you away from his iniquities.

Now if Jesus is a Servant then maybe the Christians should revise their theories about Jesus.

All the prophets are messengers of GOD... So is Jesus (pbuh) a messenger of God who was sent to this world to tell the ignorant people of ISRAEL that there is no God except ALLAH (Only One God)... Everyone must worship HIM, He is the one God who has no partner. Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, not the created, nor a part of His creation. He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just, All-Knowing, All-Merciful, the Supreme, the Sovereign. There is no entity worthy of worship besides Him.

Try this on for size - Jesus is God.

Jesus is the only Begotten Son of the Father of God.
Jesus is Servant of God.
Jesus is a Prophet of God.
Jesus is our Redeemer.
Jesus is our Saviour.
Jesus is also God.

Since Genesis, God has been telling His people about Jesus. God has used many words and names and titles to describe Jesus. God had been telling His people the whole time that He was going to send Himself in human form down to earth one day so they could see Him face to face, in living flesh. God came to earth as Jesus. It was the Father that sent the Son. And later it was the Son that sent the Holy Spirit. (Pentecost)

Chapter 19, Verses 23-26 oif the Quran

When Mary showed the baby to her people, they said that this was truly an amazing thing that had happened. The newly born baby (Jesus) replied to the people:

He said: "I am indeed a servant of Allah: He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet; "And He hath made me Blessed wheresoever I be and hath enjoined on me Prayer and Charity as long as I live; "(He) hath made me kind to my mother and not overbearing or miserable; "So Peace is on me the day I was born the day that I die and the Day that I shall be raised up to life (again)"!

They are pretty much the same. Jesus is spoken of as both and in translation there is enough leeway to use either. A son in the Bible carried with it the conotation of under authority and thus a servant. The pharasees asked Jesus a question on that at one point.
Matthew 22:42 "What do you think about the Christ, whose son is He?" They said to Him, "The son of David." 43 He said to them, "Then how does David in the Spirit call Him `Lord,' saying, 44 `THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD, "SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I PUT YOUR ENEMIES BENEATH YOUR FEET"'? 45 "If David then calls Him `Lord,' how is He his son?"
That is the question Christ asked the Pharisees. How can he be lord and son, because a son is a servant?

Jesus (pbuh) was a servant and messenger of God. It's common sense!

Chapter Maryam (19:35), Holy Qur'an English Translation:

"It befits not (the Majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son (this refers to the slander of Christians against Allah, by saying Isa (Jesus) is the son of Allah). Glorified (and Exalted) be He (above all that they associate with Him). When He decrees a thing, He only says to it "Be!" - and it is."

Jesus was both, and also God in the flesh. I dont think you even understand the concept of Jesus so maybe you better revise your theories.

both.....
and Jesus was more than the Son of God.....
He was AND IS God.
can a son not be a servant of his father?
a man can be a son and work for his father at the same time.
is that really so difficult to understand?
a man can also be a father, son and plumber at the same time....
and that does not make him three different people.

Guess what? There is a lot more about Jesus in the Bible than just those two verses. You can selectively choose if you want, but that is being intellectually dishonest.
