I have a few files at around 80 - 95% but they are currently stuck and not downloading. It is NOT because there are few seeds or peers, in fact it is relatively active torrent file with a few hundred peers and several seeds.

I don't understand what's going on, but I really wish to just resume my download.

Can I just uninstall bitcomet and install it back again? Can the file resume download from whatever percent it was at?

Thanks.

i dont think so well maybe if you make the files you have in to a torrent then save the files then open them in the new copy of ur client

unlikely. basically element i might propose is to open the torrent document in UTorrent and see if it recognizes what you have already downloaded (ensure the two Apps are dloading to an identical folder..)
