this probably wont be much help but you can just tell
for example if he says he loves you but then betrays you the next day then he obviously doesnt and is just a liar
but if your going out for a while and he eventually says it and treats you well and always puts your best interests at heart, then its most likely he does
you will be able to feel it in the connection between you

If they are completly honest with you and tells you... "I Love You". But if they treating you right, and respect you then there could be some strong feelings!

The way they treat you. If they show it. But its more of a feeling that you don't feel with everyone.
