Is it really true that when Jesus comes back in the end times that Jews will have a second chance to profess He is Lord, and then get to go to heaven? Where is that in the Bible?
And if that's true, why does God give them that second chance? I know that they are his people, and He loves them no matter how many mistakes they have made, but He loves all of us...I'm just not sure I understand.

They do not get a second chance, they get the same as everyone else, their lifetime to choose. It is only those who live into the tribulation period that will come to Christ when He returns. Romans 11 is one place that it is written. Romans 11:25"...that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; 26 and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, "THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, HE WILL REMOVE UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB." 27 "THIS IS MY COVENANT WITH THEM, WHEN I TAKE AWAY THEIR SINS."
It is not that He loves them but it is a fulfillment of the promises (covenant) that God made to Abraham, and that God is faithful in all that He says. That same passage also explains that, you can look it up.

No, During the great tribulation there will be 144,000 Jews that have recognized Jesus as the Messiah preaching the good news of the gospel to the Jews. Many will be saved at that time, but it will probably cost them their life .Getting to go to heaven will be worth it though.
