My son is american but I am mexican, so I want him to have dual citizenship from both countries. How do I do that?

He can't, unless he moves to Mexico and lives there for long enough. Then applies for citizenship there. For him to do it here in America, he would have to be born in Mexico and be currently living here in the USA

He can get dual citizenship with your birth certificate by taking it to the nearest Mexican consulate. This has been possible since 1998, so it is recent.

Simple. Your son is entitled to Mexican citizenship through you. If you are in the US, contact the nearest Mexican Embassy or consulate and apply.

no she would not,you should qualify to sponsor her for everlasting residency on an significant different visa then after she has lived as a resident in Canada for 3 years she will keep on with to grow to be a citizen

go to your closest Mexican consulate and apply for him. There is one in Chicago, and one in Kansas City, but I think there should be one in every major city.
