Very messed up, 10 is great to give for a birthday and 100 for Xmas is a bit much so i would say something and say to give everyone the same on birthdays and Xmas cause it makes the kids fell bad when it is messed up and lopsided like that.

First, I would say it's up to the giver to give whatever gift they want to whomever. However, as a grandparent, I wouldn't choose to do that.
Maybe it was a mistake or they intended for that to be shared. Maybe you should ask the giver, NOT in a judgmental way, but to clarify the situation.

well if all three children belong to the same parents, yeah it's wrong, but if the one that got the hundred belongs to a differnt set of parents then maybe grandma was just trying to help out.

if your one of the children that got 10 $ for your b day then quit complaining. if your the one that got the 100 then dont go rubbing it inthere face. but dam think about it. 10 is better then nothing o and if you didnt get anything then quit wining. life goes on. i cant stand people who complain about what they dont have. if you have food in your belly and watter to dring and a roof over your head then you are ahead of 70% of the world.

yeah
its totally wrong.
u r elder than ur children, they will follow the path followed by u. so wat will u teach them doing so? they will treat their grandchildren in d same way as u do
u r setting a bad example in front of them
give them equal. give less but give equal
