Rudder makes the plane go sideways, elevatour makes the aircraft go up and down. aileron puts the aircraft on its side, flaps slow the plane down, lights so other pilots can see you, cockpit so the pilot can fly the plane, galley for feeing passangers and crew, bulk heads to make the aircraft safer. look up the rest yourself i have helped as much as i can because i only fly the plane.

Rudder, elevator, and ailerons controll the yaw, pitch and roll of an aircraft respectively. flaps increase the surface area of the wing and create lift or drag. lights have many different functions. cockpit is where the plane is controlled from. galley a fancy word for "kitchen". do i really need to explain toilets or doors? coat compartments are obviously a place to store your coat. emergency lights help the passengers find their way out of the aircraft in case of an emergency.

hope it helps

rudder: controls aircraft in yaw axis (side to side),elevator; controls aircraft in pitch axis (up and down),aileron; controls aircraft in roll axis (left and right tilt),flaps; lower aircraft stall speed, to enable lower landing speed and roll out length,... lights: illuminate things up,cockpit; control area of aircraft, galley; preparing food on long trips, bulk heads; internal walls, toilets; well now your just being stupid, doors; ditto, coat compartments: don't know, never seen one, I could take a guess if you want...,emergency lights ; to enable passengers to find that "door" you're wondering about in an emergency, would be powered by an source independent of the main source.
