I get that from stress - and by stress I mean, a few late nights, too long at the computer screen. A good night's rest has always fixed it for me.
If you ever watch 'My Name is Earl', you'll see that he suffers from the stress twitch too in a couple of episodes. Although that's due to his ex wife being thrown in jail after stealing a delivery truck of the store from where she bought, then broke, a large TV like Kevin and Brittany have. Phew. Twitch.

The cause of minor eyelid twitching is unknown. A slight spasm of the lower eyelid or even both eyelids is common and of no concern. Minor eyelid twitches require no treatment as they usually resolve spontaneously. Reducing stress, using warm soaks, or correction of any refractive error may help. Some ophthalmologists recommend reducing caffeine usage.
Rarely, a twitching eyelid can be a symptom of a muscle or nerve disorder. But in such cases, eyelid twitching is usually accompanied by other symptoms.

I learned through research that twitching eyes involve not resting your eyes. Have you been working many hours lately? Have you been staying up later than usual? If you answer is yes than I would say get as much rest as you can afford and hopefully your eyelid situation will resolve itself. If it goes on more than a couple weeks after trying to rest them talk to your physician or health department or even search the web.;)

My cousin also has it, and he is on medicine for it, and also blinks alot !!! Dont worry be happy, and I'd see a doctor for it, if it keeps up!! Smile!!!

Well, medically it is only tension, however people take it as a good news coming on your way. And if you really have faith on it, often it comes true. It has come true with me at least, often. :)
