I agree with christian_g ...get a notch on your bed post with someone else, there's something very psychological about getting one under your belt that makes a break with the old sig othr. You dont' have to find another bf/gf to get involved with until you're ready or one just happens along!

Spend time on things you enjoy or pick up other hobbies. Stop dwell on the past and look forward into the future. If you have time, do volunteer work. Give and you will receive so much more. Smile.
