Wow, even from a woman's perspective, i imagine you seem large. you seem as in case you should have a variety of of muscle because you've an rather shapely body. And convinced, muscle does weigh 3 circumstances more suitable than fat. i'd only advise doing a touch cardio, per chance 20 minutes 3 or 4 circumstances per week, no longer only to lose some weight, yet for the health reward. Measurements are a more suitable precise ... degree of your body's state, no longer weight.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

its self esteem, first of all.

second, she can lose fat and build muscle the same way everyone else does.
a) eat healthy. no sugary/fatty/oily/fried foods. steer clear of high-calorie content foods as well.
b) aerobic exercises, such as biking, running, power-walking, swimming.
c) weight-training exercises...buy her some smaller weights, two 5 pounders, and have her work with those regularly

also, encourage regular sports involvement. sign her up for a dance class or soccer or basketball. she'll lose it quickly enough.

Other that what has already been said, I think it will help if you start the weight loss program with her. To give some moral support and encourage her or else look for someone who will be willing to do so.
