Most people already know that gaining weight is generally easier than loosing it... It is the very base of all the obesity problems in our modern society.
For your info, Petit Chou was considering leaving Y/A as soon as he reached level 4; it is mindless comments like yours that put him off. I am unimpressed by your 'views'.

Hi,
There are many ways to gain weight and to do so healthy. I assume the aim is to keep the weight, in which case I would suggest against trying to gain weight rapidly.
Though there are thousands of books about weight, in short if you eat more calories than you burn you gain weight.
In addition, it is known that we should generally eat little often to be healthy. Therefore without knowing anything about your current diet, the easiest way to gain weight may be to add an additional meal to the end of your day.
This should be nutritious, if your doing a lot of exercise, perhaps your not getting enough carbohydrates. Most people don't eat enough fruit, veg or get enough nutrients, so these can easily be added in to your diet. Seeds have a high protean content, often over 20% and about 50% fat. However the fat is mainly unsaturated and therefore good especially for somebody trying to gain weight.
Good luck.

1) Don't eat breakfast. Skip meals, run on empty for as long as you can.
2) Then when you get REALLY hungry, eat as much as you can, especially right before going to bed. It helps if you eat junk food or anything but fruits or vegetables.
You will gain weight super fast this way. :)
Actually, this is what a lot of people do to try to lose weight, but it is the fastest way to GAIN. It is of course, NOT A HEALTHY WAY to gain weight.
EDIT:
the fastest and most UNhealthy way to gain weight:
Day 1
1) the first day, have black coffee for breakfast, then skip breakfast and go on empty for about 3 hours.
2) After minimally 3 hours, do some heavy cardio like go running for 30 minutes... then eat nothing for another 2 hours after the exercise.
3) Now that your metabolism is destroyed and you have reached starvation-mode, you will feel very hungry. You will now eat a couple of white sugar cubes to quickly raise blood sugar to a spike and to make sure all the food you'll eat will be directly stored as fat.
4) Now, immediately after eating the sugar cubes, eat as much food as you can stuff in. You can have anything you can imagine, including alcoholic beverages, just make sure not to eat any fruits or vegetables. Be sure to add extra salt on your food to make sure you will retain lots of water. Eat until you're stuffed.
5) Go to bed. the alcohol is needed to actually fall asleep.
Day 2, 3 and 4:
1) The following three days, do have breakfast. Have something sugary and high-glycemic like processed cereal and milk or some other sweet tasting dairy or something with a lot of carbs and no fat or protein.
2) Eat according to the enormous cravings you are experiencing at this point. Stay away from fruits and vegetables.
After three days, repeat and start with day 1 again.
Congratulations, you now have a destroyed metabolism, diabetes, insomnia, dehydration, depression, constipation, etc.
Of course I meant this as a joke or to illustrate how to mess up your health!!
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME-- OH WAIT--- THIS SOUNDS LIKE WHAT THE AVERAGE PERSON ACTUALLY DOES LOL

Wow, you sound like me when I was 15. I could never get my weight to go past 106 pounds. (And that was with the monthly bloat). My waist was 24" and I was very slender. I was physically active every day, just having fun, swimming, sledding in winter, you name it, if it was an outdoor sport, my friends and I probably did it. I had to be called in to eat meals. I did not like meat either and would only eat a few bites of it. Later on I became a vegetarian - a lacto-ovo vegetarian which meant I ate dairy products, too. You probably would benefit by seeing a nutritionist. I know that I was a horrible eater and did not eat all the foods that I should have. When I was studying health to be a healthy vegetarian, I found that as a teen, I was eating too many foods with sugar or starch and not enough fresh vegetables and fruits. Once I took charge of my health, I felt a lot better and did not have colds like I usually got in spring time. So see a nutritionist first.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Hi there, I'm fed up with everybody trying to lose weight too - I need to put on a stone at least, to be healthy. You need to eat three square meals a day and snacks in-between (or six small meals a day). I suggest eating nuts and dried fruit for snacks, cos they are quite good for you (contain lots of nutrients). Obviously chocolate/cheese/burgers would help, but these options aren't too healthy. Breakfast cereal also makes a good snack cos it is usually fortified with loads of vitamins and minerals.

Tank up on nutrient-dense foods like dairy products and soy, and do little exercise.
However doing muscle-building exercise like weight training will beef you up quickly. I joined a gym to lose and actually *gained* 12 lbs in less than three months.
But the moment you stop the muscle turns to flab so beware.
