Bonnie,Try the dash diet for high blood pressure.. you can find it online.. PDF file or even purchase a copy. Next you want to exercise after you get your doctors approval.. Start out light and gradually increase your time to 30-60min. daily.. If you do this, you won't need diet pills.. Good luck
