is there any better ways?
as i has telephone where they give me information about realy cheap tickets,but i lose it.

I find a ton of good deals on orbitz.com. And when you find the airline you like on orbitz, then check the airline's website. sometimes they have different fares.

you shouldn't be looking for the cheapest ticket,
but you should be looking for the safest flights.
cheape= unsafe and finally you decide.

you can try yahoo travel or search budget airlines in the country that you plan to visit in yahoo search.
