Google the glycemic index and it will give you a list of these carbs and their values. Also, any good book store will have a paper back on all the GI food values.

Bad carbs. wear black masks and good carbs don't..
Actually good carbs are complex carbs.. Broccoli(sp), whole grain breads, salads. Bad carbs.. candy, cookies, frozen waffles, anything with too much sugar and low in dietary fiber. There is so much info. on this subject via WebMD or Berkeley Wellness letter or I think John Hopkins Univ. has a website regardiing healthy lifestyles.. Good luck.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
