This is quick & easy. I sometimes use chicken ravioli and alfredo sauce.
Ravioli Lasagna
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
1 (30 ounce) package frozen ravioli
1 beaten egg
1 (15 ounce) carton ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Combine spaghetti sauce and water in a large skillet. Bring to a boil.
Stir in ravioli. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Combine beaten egg with ricotta and parmesan cheeses. Spoon on top of ravioli.
Cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add grated mozzarella and cover until cheese is melted.

veal parmesan;over lingune; make a simple sauce using 1 large can tomato sauce ,1 small can of tomato paste, place these into a sauce pan with 1/2 cup of water. bring to a simmer.in a fry pan saute 1 large clove of garlic , crushed and minced, with 1 table spoon of olive oil, and 1 large table spoon of minced sweet onion, .and a bay leaf. saute til onion is transparent. scoop out the onion and garlic along with the bay leaf and add to sauce, stirring occassionally. add 2 teaspoons sweet basil and 1 teaspoon oregano to sauce. cover and let simmer.in the fry pan used to saute the garlic and onion , add about three tablespoons olive oil heat to medium. the veal should be done a little ahead of time so that it is ready when the olive oil is, take two slices of veal and using a meat pounder tenderize both pieces, salt and pepper both sides. spray lightly with pam ot the equivalent , flour both peices until both are evenly coated. place both pieces in the pan with the olive oil. cook for about 1 and 1/2 minute on either sides, depending on how thick they are, i like mine very thin. when done place on a wire rack to insure oil drain off. cook two servings of lingunie , drain and place on two plates, place both pieces of veal on a sheet pan top each with a generouse slice of mozzarella cheese. put them in the oven under broil for enough time to make the cheese bubbly, remove and place on top of linguene, cover with sauce and serve with garlic bread andf a small garden salad, the extra time it takes to fix the veal is worth the wait, it should be melt in your mouth tender and the sauce should be light enough to compliment the veal. enjoy

I agree with the pasta with white sauce. Only I would use penne instead of tortellini because already the sauce is so filling that tortellini or ravioli are just too much.
