Absolutely... You can leave them in there for numerous days.
Each Sunday I go through the freezer and plan my weekly meals. I get out all the meats for the week and put them in the frig. These sausages are usually part of that for ones mornings breakfast. 4 to 5 days is fine if your frig is at a nice cold 38 degrees.

They should be fine. You may need to adjust (decrease) the cooking time listed on the package as they are probably thawed and not frozen.

of course, keeping food in the fridge to thaw out is the only way that you should thaw food, unless in a microwave. Your not supposed to leave meat out on the counter anymore to let it thaw out, because bacteria and germs can get into the meat. thats why i never let meat sit out, it always thaws in the fridge before i use it.

I would defrost them over night if you've already had themin the freezer. It's a real pain to have to defrost them on the day of the cooking!
