Whole wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, high fructose corn syrup, contains 2% of less of: soybean oil, salt, molasses, yeast, mono and diglycerides, exthoxylated mono and diglycerides, dough conditioners (sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium iodate, calcium dioxide), datem, calcium sulfate, vinegar, yeast nutrient (ammonium sulfate), extracts of malted barley and corn, dicalcium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, calcium propionate (to retain freshness).

I don't know where you would get half the those ingredients.

I tried a bread maker but I didn't like the smell of the bread although it came out soft but somewhat mushy. Instead I liked the bread like Pillsbury (like banana or nut bread) which was baked like a cake and was soft enough to enjoy but hard enough to put cream cheese on if you were careful.

To make bread soft like wonder bread, use lots of flour and yeast, and only put it in the oven for a short period of time. I love my fluffly wonder bread, so do the people who come to my party.

P.S. Add sugar!!!

I don't think it can be duplicated on account Wonder bread is probably loaded with preservatives and such.

I think you might need a bread machine. But, then again, I am not sure...
