Try looking in little independent Chinese supermarkets as well; they'll do all the kit - seaweed, rice, rice vinegar, bamboo mat for rolling.

Also, Lakeland do a sushi press - enables you to make shaped sushi, including heart shaped (ahhhhh!) Not a store in Leeds, but one in Harrogate.

I know that Fry's Foodstores have a whole sushi bar area where you can get dishes, freshly made suchi, and kits to make it yourself

I have seen all the bits in our Tesco store, not sold together, but you could buy them all separately. Tesco is good for non-English food

try a japanese grocery store. they have the bamboo mat to roll sushi and other supplies.

why not go to your grocery store and have them already made up and just buy them?

Try looking at grocies stores, my bet would be ralph's if you have one near you. =)
