The father named on my daughters bc is not her biological father, can I have her bc changed through the dept of births deaths and marriages as I would like her to have her real dad listed

You haven't mentioned what State your child was born in. Each State has it's own Births Deaths and Marriages web site I suggest that you have a search on there. You can have ammendments made on birth certificates in NSW I had mine ammended, I had to surrender my original birth certificate and my new certificated came out with my ammended details but at the bottom it said previously know as ...... blah blah.

I do believe that you have to get the father to sign the paper work to say he is the dad though
