i need to say which verbs are imperfect and which are perfect in the ()..
Trying to translate these...
22. Quand nous (quitter) la maison, il (faire) mauvais.
23. Je (aller) au magasin, mais il (etre) ferme.
24. Je (acheter) cette jupe ce matin, mais quand je (arriver) chez moi, je (trouver) qu'elle (etre) dechiree.
25. La voiture (rouler) a toute vitesse quand elle (heurter) l'arbre.
26. Quand je (etre) plus jeune, je (detester) les haricots verts.
27. Il (etre) 7h30 et je (regarder) la television.
i have translated most of these but can't put them into a sentance!
please don't say try one of the translaters..i'v gone through all of them...

Imperfect for continuous or habitual actions in the past and for descriptions!

caicos is spot on. the only other thing to add is that the perfect tense is used for single completed actions.
