probably in one the bone is in, in the other the bone has been removed. Probably nothing else different except the taste.

Spare ribs come from the sides (ribs) of a hog. Pork chops are usually cut from the loin. Is this what you're asking? Country spare ribs are usually served with a sauce made with soy sauce and honey. Boneless pork chops are fried, baked or barbequed.

Country spare ribs are from a sirloin roast. Boneless pork chops are from the loin. There are pictures in Betty Crocker cook books that show from which area of and animal that each cut of meat is obtained.

They are two different cuts of meat. Ribs are ribs and pork chops come from the leg (I think).

They are both pork...but the biggest difference is that ribs are alot of bones and the pork chops are boneless. When I make BarBQ alot of times I buy thick pork chops and cut them in half and BarBQ them...they are more meaty and don't have all the fat and grissel.
