Or will it burn the bread?

Would only a panini press do the job? I have to many small appliances cluttering the kitchen as it is, so don't want to add another one.

Thanks for the tip Tomato but I am a Muslim so I don't eat ham, which would be from a pig, which is forbidden, all other halal meats I can eat! and vegetables, a mexican vegitarian panini would be the best.

I do this on at least a weekly basis. When you use your Foreman as a panini press, just make sure that you lightly brush the bread with oil, and use a bread that is fairly sturdy. Also, don't make the sandwich too thick, as the hinge of the Foreman doesn't float as much as one on a real panini press and will make your sandwich thinner on the top edge then on the bottom.

I grill sandwiches, panini style, on my George Foreman all the time. I do not add oil, the bread does not burn and the sandwiches come out with the nice grill lines on both sides.

I haven't had a problem. I've also cooked meat in my panini press. They basically do the same job just fine. Not quite sure why I have both, just depends which one is the easiest to drag out and use, regardless of whether it's a sandwich or meat. I think they're interchangeable.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5vS

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

oh, gosh yes. (You can also make a panini with two pans & a brick for weight) I think a foreman would be perfect for that!

In the event that it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

You can indeed, I have made ciabatta with mozerella and pesto/tomato/cucumber etc. Works well though you need a large enough Grill.
