you have to go to them search them in schools/colleges/other important centres like typewriting centres/browing centres.
best way is to go to corporation schools where poor people study and also go to village and slum areas where these poor students reside and they require your help
get in touch with college/school authorities in your area where the students study

3. Have you planned any schedule/syllabus/contents for teaching?

I would imagine going to the Board of Education would be a good place to start assuming you are talking about K-12 students. If you're thinking about the collegiate level probably the Student Activity Board or Student Council

I dont know who you are. But your idea of helping poor students is an amazing idea. I appreciate that. You can actually find many people in villages that do not study because of money. Go talk to them about living and other stuff. Get them interested in education. Their parents will automatically send their kids to school. Atleast to a government school.

1. Put up a board in front of your residence.

by poor what u mean if you mean weak students give an ad in any leading news papers on the other hand if u mean financially poor the question arises wheteher they need food to fill there stomach or accounts think twice before u do.

Monday u go to one Hostel (Poor Childrens Hostel) and Teach Accounts
Tuesday u go to another , Wednesday u go to another,Thursday u go to another , Friday U go to another and Saturday u go to Another hostel like that way u continue ur work better u get a good result Sunday u go to temple or church to release ur mind and then to continue this on next week also at last u get good result and peace and happy
