I see this girl where she works about once a week. She either stares at me, looks at me often, or tries to be near me by passing by my table often or standing around in the area I am in at this restaurant. She is attractive and I would like to get to know her. Should I assume that she is attracted to me and interested and just go for it?

Well, Stares at you and so much more....... we call that Romantic Gazes. Talk to her or just stare at her too. I had a quote that said:

What do you think about what is always in her mind whenever she stares at you. If not Passion. Definately she is fantasizing.

i will tell you the idea i do it , you will see how it do it 's very good idea you will see .. (( get in when she works and look to her and make your face sad , go to latest chair stay there and get coffee more than three time )) she will talk and ask you what your problem .. if she do ,,she in interested to you ,,if not go out and try again next time when you have ideas else, i hope she do ,, i am sure for that

Get to know her better... talk to her more and get more clues, eventually find out if she has a boyfriend, if she says she does in a upbeat "he's great" mood your screwed but if she says "ya..........I do" then that could mean shes looking for someone different. If she doesn't your golden.
