You can track Domestic Trains in the UK at www.livedepartureboards.co.uk

For Eurostar you'd need access to TRUST (the UK Train management computer) which is restricted to rail staff

I don't think there is a way to "track" (see where the train is now) Eurostar. At least not on Eurostar.com.

you can track a train on the Internet a the train companies website a long as you know the train number.

While it is useful for train officials to know about train problems, since trains are much less affected by weather than planes, it hardly seems useful for passengers or people picking them up.
