Tell her that you really would like to have sex with her, but there are somethings she needs to know. You could use the example of a "friend" that has this problem and how would she feel if that friend were you. The best thing is to just be honest. If she loves and/or cares about you, that is a trivial thing that should not hold any merit. I would like to think that her wanting to have sex with you is a sign that she has developed feelings for you (in today's society, that unfortunately isn't always the case). The truth shall set you free. If she can not accept you, flaws and all, then she is not the right person for you. Keep your head up and know that there are thousands of people out there with the same problem. It is a medical condition and not something a person asks for. If she has ever had children, chances are that she has had a urinary discharge when she coughs, it is just something that happens. Good Luck

You are a man to be admired. Do not let a woman pressure you into sex. (The same is true for women. Do not let a man pressure you into sex)
The fact you have a urinary incontenence problem could be an advantage for you. A shallow woman who only want to play around with relationships may be turned off by a man with a disability.
A woman who truely LOVES you and wants a LIFETIME with you will accept you and what ever disability you may have.
But, SLOW down on the sex. Wait until you get married for sex, you'll both be happier for waiting.

I am somewhat surprised she hasn't figure that out yet, actually. You can always go "no real issue" route, not say a thing and just address it on the fly if/when she brings it up. Otherwise, if you have been dating 6 months or so, you need to have one of those more serious chats.

Are you going to pee all over her during sex?? if no then wait until it is necessary for her to know. I guess you could look at it this way.........if you tell her and she runs, it was never meant to be, but if she stays then she really likes you.
Everyone has an "issue" of some sort, you can't hide from it forever

i dunno man but i would suggest not using the word nappies any more. i mean, you can sleep with her i just wouldnt stay the night until you really felt like she would understand your issue. either way man under no circumstance should you ever, ever, ever.........say nappies again. i mean i feel for you i know its a common problem and i was pretty serious about my answer til i saw you say that. couldnt help but to laugh. im not laughing at your problem, just the word you chose to use. chances are, if she isnt someone you trust, then she'll laugh just the same as i did if you tell her bout your huggies.

If you are for real!
A) Don't be pressured by anyone or any crap at all!
B) Ask her if you had a personal medical condition, and she would be discrete would she want to know and would she be able to be patient and above at respectful!

Wow....thast's tough. I guess just tell her and explain why you have that problem. She'll find out eventually anyway. How can you enjoy heavy petting without her knowing, but not have sex?

Like you have told the rest of the world, bravely and honestly. If she cannot cope that, she might not be the right person for you.
