crack the egg lightly all around----then peel under running water at the faucet-----everything comes off cleanly with a gentle pick & rub------

When you drain the eggs, before covering them with cold water, give the pan a couple good shakes to crack the shells. Then wait about 10-15 minutes. The shells slip right off, and then I rinse them under clean cold water.

I've peeled cases of eggs in my life, and this trick works about 90% of the time.

cook the eggs 15-20 minutes, and immediately afterwards put them into cold water and refrigerate for 45 minutes or more. That way the eggs inside the shell shrink from the cold. The shells will come off in very few pieces (2 or 3).

hit the pointed top of the egg shell on the counter top. then take the egg and roll it on the counter with a little bit of pressure, this will release the egg shell from the egg and make it easier to peal it.

Or, you could rinse it under water, and the water will help get the lose egg shells off of the egg.

Good Luck!

Hahahaha! Shrapnel! Funny! I have found that the older the eggs the easier they are to peel. Also, peeling them as soon as they are cool enough to handle helps! good luck!

It should peel easily. After you boil them fill the pot with cold water, then remove the eggs and peel them.

I put alot of salt int he water, the eggs peel easier and if one cracks, it does not run all over. Do not overcook and be sire your eggs are fresh. Maybe try rinsing the eggs after peeling!!!!!!!!!!!

Boil your eggs this way!!

Place your fresh eggs in cold water......(in pot, of course)

Bring to a rapid bowl..........

Turn off stove and cover with lid........

Let them sit for 15 minutes.......

Drain, running cold water over them...

Tap, tap, tap......! The skin should just slip off. I have never had any trouble this way.......... Good Luck!!
