porridge and a banana is good for me. not too big a portion.
you can make it in the microwave so its quick and the banana will give you natural sugar and potassium. i would also suggest a mid morning snack of fruit around 10.30/11am to keep you going.
or if you want a much lighter option fruit with natural yogurts good but i always feel really starving before lunch

When u go to work, u r not hungry. One shud not eat when one is hungry.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

They make multigrain bars for kids just like you. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but we cant have you getting sick and throwing up all over the place. Get some cereal bars or nutrigran bars and eat one every morning. Itll give you added energy and you wont be overly full.

Porridge is one of the best as it's slow releasing carbs will keep you full until lunchtime. Have some fruit with it so give it more flavour. I like the kids organic one it's not so lumpy. Try and have some fruit mid morning too if you can.

Try a healthy shack in the morning, its fast and if solid food can make you sick its a good alternative. Theres also a verity of flavores and bands. Enjoy!!!

try some fruit also you can get some cereal bars which are quite nice i normally have a banana and a cereal bar i start work at 7

you should start taking a glass of milk and a bread piece with butter. but do not take it fast. check your morning routine.
