If you keep yourself up, it will benefit you. That's like if you look at 2 plates of food and one looks absolutely delicious(but tastes horrible) and the other looks like shyt salad(but could be the best food you've ever tasted), which would you pick before getting to taste the food? You would pick the better looking one, because its easier on the eyes. What looks good is not always good, but if you want to keep yourself up, you can take the time to do so because it seems like you already know what to do, you just haven't taken the opportunity to apply it to yourself. Do what you think will make you feel good about yourself, because the right man will be able to see past the make-up and cute outfits.

It depends on how drastic the change is, I guess.
Try a whole new look - it gives you a huge confidence boost.
But if someone has their eye on you, of course they'll notice.

Some people will notice, just depends on who YOU want to notice. I myself would not notice changes in people as i don't pay attention, unless its my G/F then i notice. Because she is beautifull and is everything to me.
