I always thought the embarrasement of being reject by girl when i express my feeling, what should I do to minimize those feeling?

Don't do anything to minimize your feelings! Hey! Your feelings are your feelings, it's what makes you the person you are. If she rejects you, that's her loss not yours. Someone else I'm sure will appreciate you. Don't be embarrass to express your feelings, it's a sign of good communication.
Now go talk to that girl! What are you waiting for?

life and love is about taking risk. don't try to save face just for the sake of not feeling rejected.
one day a girl is going to recieve your love and affection and she doesn't deserve a watered down description of your feeling for her. don't let your fear of rejection from other girls mess up the way you express your feeling for her.
just be real, be sincere, and tell her the whole truth of your feelings. She's out there.

Well, If you love someone, just tell her the truth. If she denies it, then find another one. Tell her the truth is better than keep asking yourself if she loves you or not. SHe does. it is good. She doesn't, over it and find a true love. don't waste time
