Use Henna powder.Surely it is the best possible remedy for u as u are trying to solve your hair problems and at the same time trying to get color too.Any artificial colouring will damage your hair more in this stage.
You can get Henna powder from any Indian grossary shops( at hounslow or southhall area, if u are in London,UK).Henna Leaves are for conditioning and natural colouring too.I am using it for the last ten to twelve years. And automatically I have got a brownish tone which being natural is easy to maintain .But what u will have to keep in mind is that there are two main differences in application of henna as conditioner and as a colouring agent
Firstly, if u want to colour your hair by it do not apply oil or any such product on your hair before using it(even not on the day before)But if u do not want the colour u must have to apply hair oil at the night before.
Secondly, u have to keep it for 2 hrs.or more before washing(whereas for conditioning only u shouldn't keep it more than one hour.)
The primary thing to a make a henna mixture is that:
boil a little amount of water.Pour it into an IRON CONTAINER (it's a must.)and mix the required amount of henna powder(depending upon the length of your hair. 4 tablespoon for shoulder-length)to make a paste.STORE IT FOR OVERNIGHT.
Next morning mix it with another freshly made paste of 1 cup natural yogurt, egg(depending upon hair length:one for shoulder length) ,juice of one lime and green tea liquor. All these are for the extra shine while henna will condition and colour your hair.
As it is a natural product u have to do it once in a week and continue for one or two month(if not Blondie).
Hpoe it will help you.

Nutrisse still contains peroxide, which can dry out the hair further (it's better than other brands, but every time you use any permanent colour it dries your hair out further).
If you really want to use hair colour, get some of the semi-permanent (24 washes) or wash-in wash-out (six washes) as they'll be much more gentle than a permanent.
Also invest in a really good leave-in conditioner and conditioning mask to help improve the condition of your hair

I think you should forget coloring your hair until your hair is in better shape. At the very least, you should have all the split ends trimmed and use a heavy-duty conditioner. A hair cut would be even better. Coloring is only going to make the damage worse.

if your hair is in such bad condition you should use semi colours only. this will limit the damage. use tressemme shampoo and conditioner to add moisture to your hair. leave the conditioner in overnight and rinse the next morning. try this once a week and you should notice an improvement in 2-3 weeks. go to a hairdressers and get your split ends removed as it s just dead hair.

Hair shade has been examined & no info has shown that it reasons maximum cancers. Now-a-days it variety of sounds such as you pay attention each and every thing might reason maximum cancers. that's not counseled which you shade your eyebrows. in case you have been to get the colour on your eyes it might desire to reason a chemical burn & in severe reasons might desire to reason blindness. in case you do shade your eyebrows be very careful. do not leave the colour on your eyebrows as long because of the fact something of your hair, purely leave it on around a million/2 the time, eyebrows are thinner & the replace is extra considerable. additionally, once you're coloring your hair darker, that's much less unfavourable to apply semi-everlasting hair shade.

I would try a health food shop, they have dyes containing natural stuff, as anything you get from boots will have chemicals in them, if you must colour with a name brand use an intensve conditioner or hair mask and leave it on for as long as you can to try to repair the damage, it works for me and i've coloured the rainbow onto my hair!
good luck!
