I don't have any curtains in my kitchen. I keep giving the old guy next door a peep show. Is it ok not to tell my bf? Or should I stop before I kill the old guy?

Out with the old and in with the new!! This is what I always say. Kill the ba$tard. If he sees you naked in your house, it is his fault. I say do yourself with a Gatorade bottle and let the pieces fall where they may. You might just like what moves in into his apartment next. Brag that you killed a man once and never laid your hands on him. As far as the BF, screw him silly in his truck and he will never know what is going on. Good luck!!
