theirs are 3 of the guys in my locality who worked at tea stall but lost their earnings due to the child labourhood ban act of india .............i seriously wish to help them but i can't spend much money on them nor i can i take them to my home due to family problem.it would be great if u could suggest the way they can earn legally or suggest me orfanage home who can take care them and educate them.

As this is a universal problem throughout countries like India.
One of the solutions may be to create a non-profit organization.
This organization can obtain tax-exempt donations from contributors, and can develop programs for economically disadvataged children to study in their own center and develop some handicraft programmes to generate some extra revenue.
The class structure can be of mixed classes for the initial start of primary classes. The emphasis should also be on developing self-sustainable skills among the children.
Such organization may also be eligible for funding at a local, provincial, national and international level that an individual cannot afford to accomplish.

Well, since I don't know where you live, I'd say that you should take them to a shelter, and make posters that they are looking for a job. Eventually, someone will answer. You seem like a very good person, be proud on yourself, not many people would step out to help the poor. You can also suggest to your town major to build something where the homeless people should sleep and eat. I only wish that there are more people like u on this world. There are two ways of helping a needy person.
1) Giving him money. ( giving fish to a man)
It will give immediate relief but it is short lived.
2) Help him to get gainful employment. (Teach him how to catch fish)
It will give him permanent long standing solution.
You are talking about three boys who were already working as child labour.
There are a number of orphanages and charity homes in the cities run and maintained with the funds received from philathropists. They also, provide education and training for art and craft work which will make them earn their bread when they are grown up.
You can beg, borrow or steal to get a few hundreds of rupees to take them and settle them in orphanages or charity homes. In manyplaces your efforts will be thwarted but by making unstinted effort you can find some people of good nature to help those boys to take care of them for few more years till they attain the age of adulthood(ie 18 years)

In all major cities of India there are NGO's that work for child welfare all you have to do is to pick up a telephone directory or get assistance from the Social Work department of any College in your City.

this is a big problem that even i have faced ,even i wanted to help some of the employed children's but could not do for same reasons stated by u .i feel only solution is to let them work there but talk to the employer and make them go to the evening school beside working there.

MONEY DOES NOT MATTER MUCH WITH YOUR PROBLEM.YOU CAN GET THEIR ADMISSION IN A GOVERNMENT SCHOOL AND PURCHASE SOME USED BOOKS FOR THEM OR GIVE YOUR OLD BOOKS TO THEM.FOR THEIR LIVING YOU CAN ONLY HELP THEM BY GIVING THEM SOME OF THE FOOD THAT IS LEFT OVER AND YOUR OLD CLOTHS WHICH YOU DONT PREFER TO WEAR

I can arrange to get the free schooling, boarding and lodging for them.
once educated, they can have their own life or can give them a right job
