Yes! Where Jesus is the Head and we are the body. All true born again Christians is a part of this body of Christ. And...this is his chosen people. Those that are putting on righteousness and taking off sin. He is raising up a perfect people (son that makes up this body) that will be revealed in His given time. To all that believe in His name and loves Him more than sin, these will be His true CHOSEN PEOPLE. May we always be found doing His will.

That is usually interpreted as the children of Israel. Those who believe in Christ and are baptized with proper authority are adopted into this group.
God doesn't have to change with modern views. BTW these are not new ideas, there have been several so called times of enlightenment throughout history. Future generations won't hear of this one anymore than you know of theirs.
All beliefs are not equal. Any belief, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, etc that does not better the follower and society is a lesser belief than one that does. This politically correct view of everything being equal in every way (people, cultures, nations, beliefs, traditions) is ridiculous. It is spewed by those wanting to put forth a new world socialist society which would be a travesty that would turn to totalitarianism and revolution and bring us back to where we were. When our founding fathers said all people are created equal they were talking about before the law only. Not in every way.

This is just my point of view as a Christian and does not include any aspects of other religions, such as Buddhism.
First thing to remember that in the Bible, things that come in threes represent perfection.
Nearly 2000 years after creation, the Jews were the first of God’s Chosen People.
They began as an overall small group, emerging from a mixed heritage with all other humans.
Their beliefs did not match most of the commonly held beliefs of the day;
The believed in one God and not multiple gods or godheads;
They did not observe the traditionally held observances and holidays of the time;
There were well educated individuals of other beliefs who could prove they were a false religion and a cult;
They separated themselves from those of other beliefs; and
They were persecuted for their beliefs.
Nearly 2000 years of the existence of the Jews, the Christians became the Second of God’s Chosen People.
● They began as an overall small group, emerging from the Jews, but later including people from other religions;
● Their beliefs did not match most of the commonly held beliefs of the day;
● They believed that the Messiah had come despite the fact that Armageddon did not start, along with the destruction of false religion, as the Jews believed would happen;
● They did not observe traditionally held observances and holidays of the time;
● There were well educated individuals (Saul of Tarsus) in the Jewish beliefs who could prove they were a false religion, and a cult;
● They separated themselves from those of other beliefs; and
● They were persecuted for their beliefs.
Now, the question is who is the third group, representing perfection, to be considered the Chosen People of God?
▸ They will be an overall small group, compared to the size of Christendom, from which they emerged;
▸ Their beliefs will not match most of the commonly held beliefs of Christendom;
▸ They may believe that the Messiah has come a second time despite the fact that Armageddon did not start, along with the destruction of false religion;
▸ They would observe the traditionally held observances and holidays;
▸ There will be well educated individuals who, like their predecessors of 2000 and 4000 years ago could with the Jews and Christians, prove that they are a false religion, and a cult;
▸ They will separated themselves from those of other beliefs; and
▸ They were persecuted for their beliefs.
So, the question to ask yourself is who is this third group? Is it your church?

yes, the Jews are God's chosen people.
He chose them to work His will through in Old Testament times and they do have a very special relationship with God.
There are NO chosen people when it comes to eternal salvation.
God's offer is open to all, even the Jews.
Here is God's offer for salvation:
John 3: The Words of Jesus Christ (God in the flesh)
3. "Verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."
4. Nicodemus saith unto Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
5. Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God."
6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
16. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18. He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."
what you do with the above will determine your eternal future.

Everyone who sees there race or group as being superior likes to say that they are Gods chosen people. Jews do it , christians do it.
I personally doubt if God picks favorites.
Sounds more like someones silly little dream of superiority to me.
love and blessings Don

God used the nation of Israel to carry out his plan of redemption and they are referred to as God's chosen people. Salvation is available to anyone that will accept Jesus and be graffed into the tree of life.

This was the title commonly known to belong to the Jewish people of the old testament times, but I'd say that changed when Jesus came. His life, death and resurrection opened the door for everyone to be a chosen person of God when they accept Christ as their Lord and Savior, surrender theirself to Him, and follow Him.

God has a people.
Once, the Israelites were that people, but that ended.
Note Acts 15:14
"Sym´e·on has related how God for the first time turned his attention to the nations to take out of them a people for his name. "
So He has a people.
The beautiful thing is it is not a closed club.
Anyone can become a part of it ....on condition.
