I think you should work on your spelling first. You don't "loose" weight you lose it.
Come on, get it right.
By the way, it isn't your weight, it is how you look. Clothes sizes differ drastically from store to store so don't go by that either. I find curvy women extremely sexy and so do other men. Those that look at you like a monster aren't people you want to associate with. Get a shot of self confidence and be fine with just how you are.

The issue is in your head. You have low self confidence. That's what you really need to work on.
It sounds like you have a healthy body weight. And trust me girl, you WANT those curves. Most guys do not want stick thin girls. Curves is what makes you look like a woman and not an 8 year old boy.
Celebrate what you have! Be proud of your other accomplishments!

What you need to lose is your low self esteem, not ten pounds! With problem thinking like that you won't be happy when you lose then pounds either. You need to learn to love yourself the way you are! There are many many ways of dealing with this, however you are showing warning signs of an eating disorder. I would suggest you go to your family physician and ask for a referral to a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist in your area before you have a much bigger problem to deal with!
Good Luck!

Before you worry about losing weight I would join a sport or just an excercise program. Feeling strong and healthy will overshadow the number on the scale and you'll be proud of your body, not self consciouce of what other people think.

your BMI (21.4) indicates that you're right in the normal weight area, which means you really have nothing to worry about. if you still feel the need to lose weight, make sure you do it correctly so as to keep healthy. do different exercises on different parts of your body for an hour, five days a week. eat non-fatty/fried/oily foods, and try to stay away from foods with high-calorie levels. you should lose weight soon enough. good luck!

You should learn to embrace your curvy self! You're not overweight hun, and why would you want to be a stick figure anyway? Be proud of who you are, be happy, and to hell with all those bones!

Just stay healthy. Some of us are curvy. I wouldn't lose any weight unless you're not feeling healthy.
