The nerve in my left eyelid has been twitching off and on for about a month now. Sometimes its a slow twitch like slow motion. It twitches at least 10 times an hour. Does anyone know of anything that helps?

OMG! Isn't that annoying?! From everything I've read (and doctors I've asked), the biggest causes are lack of sleep and/or stress (even if you have been sleeping and relaxing better lately). I have found exercising more and getting more sleep to be helpful. I hope that is in some way helpful to you. :-)

I had this happen in college and it annoyed me so much I went to the school nurse. She told me that it just happens sometimes, it can be stressed related, and as annoying as it is, it will go away on its own and the best thing to do is try to ignore it. There wasn't anything she could do or suggest for it. She said she had the same problem herseolf so she wasn't being insensitive and if there was anything to be done she would tell me. So either thats the answer or she didn't know her stuff!
