light skined, and dnt want anything too fancy... nor colour. want just a outline or plain black design any ideas?

Only you should know what you want. What means anything to you? Don't tattoo just for the sake of tattooing.

I suggest that you just get a henna tattoo because they last up to two weeks if you make the henna yourself. Getting a permanent tattoo is taking a big risk because the person giving you the tattoo may not get the pic right or mess up and then you are stuck with that mistake. I love henna tattoos because I can change them as frequently as I want 2.

well are you positive cuz it don't wash off. When you are 80 y/o it is still there but gravity will take away from the beauty. (never stop lifting weights, especially if you get it on your arm). Honestly, this is something you have to wear and live with forever. so I think your idea will be the best . Shop around look at art designs. Be unique. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!

There are books that have tattoo ideas in them. My Fiance got an idea for his from a book. It's just a black design.
