(Cicero gmbh Stuttgart Germany) I think is the artist unsure
If anyone knows anything about this painting its a very odd painting I cant describe it really so I took a pictures please let me know if anything at all about the painting or the artist I would greatly appreciate any opinions or advice.

from your photos the work /genre is obviously politicaly motivated and probaly a part of thr green movement that got a grip in germany in the 70s, i am not aware of this artists work but looking at it from a execution stand it looks student standard, and im not decrying the artist when i say that. regards LF
