Ferry service from Liberty State Park to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty is available throughout the year. For rate information, boat schedules and other information, please call (201) 435-9499 or (212) 269-5755. A pay parking lot is provided at the ferry boat docking facility for the convenience of ferry service passengers.

The ferry sails every day, weather permitting, except for Christmas day. The service begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m.

The fee is $7 for adults, $3 for children, $6 for seniors over the age of sixty-two, and $6 per adult in groups of twenty-five or more.

The ferry goes to both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. There is no admission fee to either monument. Parking at Liberty State Park is $5 per car. Access to the crown will be for the Summer. If you want to climb to the crown, you must take the 8:30 a.m. ferry.

There is no free ferry that lets you off at the Statue of Liberty, unless you are under 4 years old.

Ferry Ticket Prices - Adult: $11:50, Senior (62 and over): $9:50, Child (4-12): $4.50, Under 4:Free.
The "Free Ferry' is the Staten Island ferry which goes past the Statue Of Liberty, but dosn't stop there.

THe free ferry only goes to Staten Island. The Liberty/Ellis Island ferry charges, get the subway right downtown to South Ferry for both.

there is no free ferry to the statue of liberty. There is the staten island ferry that passes the statue of liberty and you can take pics, but its not free. If you want to go to the statue of liberty u can leave from battery park but you need to pay for it.

I suspect that you mean the Staten Island ferry which is free and leaves from South Ferry.

Liberty Park at the south tip of Manhattan. It is directly west of the Wall Street area on the Hudson River.
