The old age tried and true stick to a health diet of lots of friuts, veggies, no processed foods and fresh everything else and exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week. Theres no gimmick to it and you'll notice at least 2 pounds a week shed off, plus have a lot more energy and a general better mood. Its just the matter of jump starting yourself to DO it.

You need to begin to plan out your eating.

Before you start the day, plan what you will eat. Count your calories, and write down everythng you eat. This really works because whenever you have an urge to eat, you don't want to write down the food!

DO NOT DIET! If you cut out food groups, like in the Atkins diet, you will be unhealthy. You are growing right now and you absolutley cannot be healthy without all food groups. It could also make you gain weight if you don't eat enough. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT DIET!...just eat healthier!

You need to begin regular exercise to improve your health. You can start off with walking your dog around the block, then build it up to one mile jogs, and then more. You should invest in 3 lb. weights. Then look up exercises with weights and do them 3 times a week. Maybe enroll in a class or 2 in your community.

Good luck, and love yourelf for who you are and not what you are!

some tips to help u loose wieght on long term:
*Eat alot of small frequent meals throught the day about 6-7 this will keep ur metobalisim working.
*use the stairs instead of the escilator.
*do cardio on an empty stomach ( in the morning) this will burn 300% more fat.
* eat complex carbohydrates (eg full grain wheat)

lots of ways. for example go to basketball, soccer, ping pong, tennis, football, or anyother activity that you feel comfortable, oh and try dance you will lose weight pretty fast. also dont eat after 6pm, at all. and you will see you will do great.

by the way try to not eat: bread, sweets, and kind of doughats, chips and junk food.

its not hard, and works fast!

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
