I was listening to a song by the independent band Mewithoutyou, and they normally speak English. But then I came across the chorus of one song that says, "Je leverai les yeux à toi. J'ai change cent foi le nom. Je leverai les yeux à toi je n'ai pas le désespoir." I don't even know what language this is, although part of it looks like Spanish. Can someone please translate?

Well, it says: "Levantaré los ojos a ti. He cambiado cien veces el nombre. Levantaré los ojos a ti, no tengo la desesperación.
But you are right, it has some errors. It should be: "Je leverai les yeux à toi. J'ai changé cent fois le nom" .
According to what you say, I strongly recommend you to learn languages. You really, really need it

This song ( which I do not know by the way) is definitely French not Spanish as it stands.

Its french and I know french a bit. I Think it says-I wake up with your eyes...thats as far as my french goes...
