He said he likes me and he wanted to know what his chances were with me..and now he's going out with someone else? whats up with that? we live a distance away and the other girl is closer..does that have something to do with it?

That has everything to do with it. What did you tell him, if you told him chances were slim then he is not going to wait around for you. Also, my brother dated the girl accross the street because it was easy for him and tons of other girls came and went and he was with the girl accross the street. He may still like you more than the girl he is dating now but as he gets to know her better that may not always be the case and you will turn into a distant memory in the past. If you liked him you should have jumped n the chance when he asked you what the chances were. Now you are too late and if you did not like him that much then why do you think you like him now, if that is what you think??

Whats wrong with dating more than one gal? Thats what men do in order to find the perfect gal to marry. At least it was the way we did it years ago. Doesnt mean that the guy doesnt still have interest in you. Call him up and ask him out maybe.

there may be several reason.
1.he dont really love you.he needs a girlfriend.he was trying either or heither.he had several options(may be more option without you and that girl).and now he choosed the best option according to him.
2.he had a bate with his friends.
3.he wanted to make that girl jelous.
whetever be the reason.dont be upset.i can understand ur mental condition.just remember the line.....
LET HIM GO WHO WANTS TO GO.IF HE COME BACK , HE IS YOUR'S.IF HE DONT, HE WAS NEVER YOUR'S.
