if they have a home phone you can try the following directories:

Name = last name
Vorname = first name
Ort = place (not needed)
if you only write their first and last name all people with this name living in switzerland are listed. so i hope their name is not too comon here!

Of course, you could use the Swiss version of Google, expecting the person to be mentioned on some website.
