Lotta sprouts, one egg, one fruit, one glass of milk/tea/ cofee/fresh juice one / two toasts or a bowl of cornflakes. If u r a western.

Indian meal hv many options porridge ( dalia), dudh roti/kela, upma, dosa, idli .

Avoid deep fry , canned / tinned , sugar and cream.

It should have enuf energy to kick start ur day.

Never skip b/f it gives ur body wrong signal !! u hv the day to toil and nuthin to eat so body starts in accumulation mode...ur next meal will head straight for conservation ( fats) providing less energy to you and spoiling the purpose of skipping.

Your question is redundant to anyone who asks "What food is healthy?"

Your body does not need certain food at certain times of the day. What is healthy at dinner is healthy at breakfast.

Eat healthy food, all day every day.
