DDR Supernova...burning calories?

I'm 5'6" and I weigh 174 pounds...I'm starting to play DDR Supernova. How many calories should I go for on Workout Mode to loose at least 16 pounds in the next 8 weeks?

That won't matter as much as what you eat during that time.
